Mapping the subsurface for surveyors
Our utility locating and mapping services supplement a surveyor’s work by delivering reliable data on what lies beneath a project area. We’ll combine a variety of tools and techniques such as Electromagnetic (EM) Induction and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) to locate and mark all utilities including:
- fibre optic, coaxial, and other communication lines

- water, sanitary, and storm sewer pipes (mains and services)
- switches and pressure plates
- other complex infrastructure
Once located, we’ll integrate our data with a surveyor’s end product to deliver a complete picture of a project area.
